Creating
Marketing
When I first came to college, I was completely undecided. I had no idea what I wanted to do, but I knew that my degree, and ultimately my career after, would have to combine my propensity to be analytical with my creative spirit. I found Marketing to be the perfect marriage of these two parts of myself.
During my junior and senior summers, I completely two Marketing internships at Masonite International, a Fortune 500 firm based in Tampa, FL. In addition to this, I was an admitted member of a Marketing Mentorship Program through Raymond James. While in school, I served as a Student Marketeer for Red Bull North America, where I planned, executed, and reported consumer interactions with the brand.
Video Production
I wrote my first screenplay when I was 11 years old. I filmed my movie with my stuffed animals, edited it on iMovie, and watched it on every family drive. I created like this for years. Over a decade later, I am a writer, director, and producer of short films; and recently, I've picked the camera back up to create my own short form video content.
I have shot lifestyle, narrative, corporate event, and documentary, and sports exhibition-style videos. Shooting and editing is a new passion of mine that helps me to expand my Marketing and creative abilities into a new medium.
My creative philosophy is to be authentic, analytical, and artistic. As a creative, I am a product of my experience in the corporate world, as an artist, and as a consumer of media in my own time. Whether I'm executing on a marketing project for a Fortune 500 company, producing a short film, or posting on social media, I create with an understanding of these pillars.
